A blend of intense sculpting with stretching to develop long lean muscles. This class combines the Lotte Berke method with yoga stretching and ballet conditioning exercises. A ballet barre, light weights and a small fitness ball are used in this class.
This class brings functional fitness to the floor! A combination of strength moves and exercises that get your heat rate up with a focus on preparing your body for your daily movements.
The Pilates method of body conditioning has been the preferred method of conditioning by dancers because it creates long, lean muscles. Special attention is paid to the core muscles of the abdomen.
